1. Commitment to the respect for human rights

All executives and employees of World Mode Holdings Co., Ltd. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as "we" and "us") contribute to the development of a sustainable society by respecting human rights in all aspects of our corporate activities.

2. Scope of Human Rights Policy

This Human Rights Policy applies to the officers and employees of the World Mode Holdings Group (World Mode Holdings Co., Ltd. and its consolidated subsidiaries).
We will communicate in a manner that is easy to understand for everyone to whom this Human Rights Policy applies, and will ensure that human rights violations are not caused or encouraged in accordance with this Human Rights Policy throughout the Group's value chain.
Group executives and employees are protected from any human rights violations in the course of their work. At the same time, we are required to avoid involvement in direct or indirect human rights violations in the execution of our business. Therefore, we will focus on initiatives in accordance with this Human Rights Policy and training of executives and employees to avoid all human rights violations.

3. Emphasis on diversity and prohibition of harassment

We respect all people as individuals and do not discriminate against anyone regardless of their political beliefs, ideology, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical characteristics, illness, age, nationality, race, ethnicity, etc. We will not tolerate unfair treatment or disadvantageous treatment, and will provide equal opportunities for recruitment, evaluation, training, placement, pay raises, promotions, titles given, etc., and will promote a workplace environment where diverse human resources can thrive and play active roles within the organization.

Based on the Labor Standards Act and labor-management agreements, we have established rules regarding appropriate working hours, rest periods, overtime work, late-night work, holidays, and vacations in our work regulations. We have also established salary regulations that comply with legal requirements regarding minimum wages, legal benefits/deductions, overtime work, etc., and pay wages are made directly to employees.

5. Maintaining employee safety and health

In consideration for the physical and mental health of our employees, we strive to ensure a safe and healthy working environment, and comply with laws, regulations, and stipulations related to safety and health, and take appropriate measures to address health risks to maintain employee safety and health.

6. Personal information protection

Regarding information obtained in the process of our business about our customers, cooperating parties, or our company, we must not divulge or utilize information other than for the original purposes without consent.
Additionally, we will handle personal information with the utmost care and security.
Depending on how the information is used and handled, personal information obtained in the course of business may cause significant damage to the individual. We must take full responsibility to utilize them only for its original purpose that was consented by the individual and to keep them confidential.

7. Initiatives and systems for respecting human rights

By establishing an appropriate reporting points to prevent human rights violations from occurring, we ensure this policy through an effective system. In the unlikely event that a negative impact on human rights occurs through our business activities, we will respond appropriately with fair and impartial remedies in order to reduce or eliminate its effect.
