iDA has established the new position of Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to drive company-wide adoption of AI and other technologies, with the goal of clearly defining what should be entrusted to AI and what should remain the responsibility of people, thereby improving the quality of connections between talent and employment opportunities. As part of this initiative, Yuki Watanabe, Executive Officer of iDA, has been appointed as the company's first Chief AI Officer (CAIO).
