In Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka, sales positions are actively hired due to new store openings and store expansions associated with renovations. And mainly in luxury brands, there are also cases where hiring conditions are reviewed to expand the range such as from work-ready human resources to potential ones considering training. Domestic brands are also active to hire against the backdrop of personnel supplementation. With the resumption of accepting foreign tourists, more and more companies strengthen their sales capabilities considering inbound tourism, and the number of job openings is expected to increase in the future.
